A chemical explosion at Ford’s research and innovation’s division caused the plant to be evacuated earlier this afternoon. Two employees were sent to the hospital for minor injuries and three others were asked to go for observation. The remaining displaced employees had the choice of returning to work or leaving for the day after an inspection declared the plant was safe. Chemical explosion at work?
